You may return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email monklitllc@gmail.com with your order number.
Damaged or defective
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll repair, replace, or refund — your choice.
Return shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
Warranty
If your product develops a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order number and we'll work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund.
